Shipping Policy

To ensure that your package is delivered correctly and that you receive it within the time frame we advertise, please ensure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and routing information (if applicable) is essential to ensure timely delivery. We assume no responsibility for lost, misplaced, or misdelivered shipments if the address provided is incorrect or mistyped at the time of purchase.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are subject to a separate processing time, with the exception of the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been removed from our fulfillment center by the carrier. The order processing and shipping time is 24h to 72h (business days) but 95% of our orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours.

Please note that orders can take 7 to 14 days (Depending on the product(s)) The delivery times on the product pages are average estimates. Delivery times can sometimes be up to 14 business days for France, from the date of shipment and 10 to 30 business days in the rest of the world, not necessarily from the date they were placed, depending on the final destination of the order.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track the status of your order on our website under “Track My Order”

DELIVERY REPORTS

If you experience a non-delivery or if the tracking information indicates that your package was delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, you must contact us within 7 days to file a claim.

We will help you work with the carrier to complete the claim process. Please note that claims can take up to 30 days to process.

We are not responsible for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms delivery.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of those items is out of stock: we will ship the remainder of your order, refunding your original payment method for the items not in stock. Please note that it is possible to receive multiple packages for the same order if it consists of multiple items.
